R.I.P. Jasmine You

so, the news is finally official that Jasmine You has indeed passed away. i heard about the death of him a few days ago but wasn't sure if it was true or not. but now it's official. it's a very sad time for the artists of the visual kei genre and all the visual kei fans around the world.

personally, i do not listen to versailles(well now i do). i just never really sat down and listened to their music. but still, it is very sad to know that a person from the visual kei world is gone. it was just so sudden. he was very pretty. my prayers go out to his family, friends, and his band members. this will definitely be one face we will never forget. may he rest peacefully.

back in action on youtube!

hello everyone! i am now back to making makeup vids on youtube! i know it's been awhile. to tell you the truth, i've just been occupied with learning japanese and just being plain old lazy. since the summer will be wrapping up before you know it, i wanted to squeeze in a bunch of vids i wanted to do. i will eventually. i just put up the vid of my foundation routine. i don't wear face makeup often. only when i want to because i have such oily skin. and right now, i'm editing my jungle eyes makeup vid. so stay tuned for that. so here's the foundation vid.

congrats to miyavi!...and other stuff on my mind

so recently, miyavi and his wife melody finally had their baby. i'm so excited for them. it was a girl. they named her Lovelie Miyavi Ishihara. it's so cute! i believe they'll make really good and loving parents. just wanted to say that.

so with my life, i haven't been makin any youtube videos lately. i recorded a few random ones but i need to edit them.

and also about the weight loss. i was determined to lose weight but now i see how much work it really is and i kinda just don't have the courage to try anymore. i think it's because no one's encouraging me or making me go on a diet. i think the only way i can actually lose weight is by force by my family or friends. i need to be monitored on what i eat 24/7 just to lose weight. that's so pathetic but that's just the way i feel it would work. and also, a workout buddy would really help too.

but on the bright side, i worked out for 45 minutes yesterday! that had to burn some calories. i was hula hooping and dancing in the house. it was so much fun but so tiring. i was sweating so much. and also today, i've been doing some chores to keep me busy and moving. so things have turned around these past couple of days. we'll just have to see.

and another thing, i hate my scale. it's not a digital one like i wanted. my dad got me the wrong one. i hate the one that has the spinning dial thing on the bottom of the scale to make you cheat so you could feel better about yourself. i put the needle on zero and weighed myself. this was a week or two ago. it said i was 215lbs. WHAT?!! that's IMPOSSIBLE! if i weighed 215lbs, none of my clothes would fit me and my face would be blown up. it's ridiculous. that scale has got to be wrong. i want a digital one. to me they're more accurate. so to save my self-esteem, i'm not gonna weigh myself anymore...unless i get a new scale ;)

well that's all for now. i need to get to work on my independent japanese lesson. yes, i'm teaching myself japanese. it's a little difficult to teach yourself but the language itself isn't that complicated. since i listen to jrock so much i figured why not learn the language also? it's gonna hook onto me by singing the jrock songs anyway.

working on losing weight :)

so finally, i've made the decision to actually try and shed some pounds. right now i currently weigh about 193lbs maybe. i haven't weighed myself yet. my plan is to do many fun workouts like dancing around and swimming. i don't really know what diet i should go on that's best for me. i really wanna reach at least 150lbs. that's a lot but i think it can be done. it'll take a lot of work and dedication but i believe i can do it :)

I FINALLY was able to put up my gothic makeup vid on youtube. it took awhile because my computer has been acting slow these past few days. but now it's finally up. i luv gothic makeup. it's different and i like different.

feel so left out :(

so for the most part, this summer so far is absolutely BORING! there's so many things to do but i'm prevented from doing them. i feel like my mom put me on house arrest and she probably did. all because i didn't call her when i was suppose to one night when i was hangin out. i made it home safe didn't i? this is so not fair. i showed her that i'm not responsible enough and now i can't hang out with my friends. i feel so left out because they're doing so many fun things. i've been in the house on the computer for almost two weeks now. it's gettin pretty boring. i wish i could do something else. i wanna have fun while i can. cuz next year, it's all about college and career planning(SENIOR YEAR!).
