working on losing weight :)

so finally, i've made the decision to actually try and shed some pounds. right now i currently weigh about 193lbs maybe. i haven't weighed myself yet. my plan is to do many fun workouts like dancing around and swimming. i don't really know what diet i should go on that's best for me. i really wanna reach at least 150lbs. that's a lot but i think it can be done. it'll take a lot of work and dedication but i believe i can do it :)
